GF系列干式变压器用横流式冷却风机

　　I.General introductin
　　The serial products are our factory's patent products.Which we made a successful research on and manufactured by ourselves.The products are specially for the use of wind cooling of dry transformers,and they can also be use for ventilation of other facilities.Each dry transformer can be assembled with four to six GF cooling blowers depending on its capacity.
　　Our GF serial products are welcomed by most dry transformer factories all over the country.We provide products of full speciffication(they can be assembled with dry transformers from capacity lf 30KVA to 20000KVA),the main types are as folles:
　　·Side blowing type blower ·Top blowing type blower ·"Three prevention"blower(TH)
　　The GF serial products are made of imported high quality stainless board high-strength aluminium alloy.So they are strong and durable.Besides,the are assembled with micromotor transmission produced by our factory,so they are of realiable quality and fine function.The advantages are:

　　二、工作原理
　　GF系列冷却风机用于干式变压器时，风机置于线圈两侧，冷风直接吹进干式变压器线圈高、低压冷却气道，散热效果明显，保证干式变压器的正常运行及延长使用寿命。风机开停及变压器的超温报警，超温跳闸等功能，由温控装置提供。

　　II.Working priciple:
　　When GF serial cooling blower are used with dry transformers,they are placed on both sides of the coil.so that they can blow cold wind directly into high and low pressure cooling passage if dry transformer.They effect of heat release is obious,this guarantees the normal operation of dry transformers,and proling their longevity.The functions of starting and stopping blowers,thermal relief and brake-skip thermal-relief of transformer are carried out by the temperature control devices.
